Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order size, and weight.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary between 3–12 business days depending on your location within India.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.

  • Remote or difficult-to-access locations may take longer.

  • We may contact you to confirm shipping details if required.

  • We use reliable courier partners and Speed Post; however, delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control.

If delivery is not possible due to:

  • Non-serviceable location

  • Incomplete address

  • Force majeure events

Your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If cancellation is approved before dispatch:

  • Refund will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.

Orders placed during sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for cancellation.

Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Method

  • Returns are accepted via courier (by mail)

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where applicable

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images along with order details

After verification, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement or exchange, or

  • Provide a refund if replacement is not available

Conditions for Return / Exchange

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and invoice

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

Product colors may differ slightly due to screen settings.

Care Instructions

Damage caused due to improper handling, misuse, or not following care instructions will not be covered under return or exchange.

All products are subject to availability.

In case of stock unavailability, we will notify you and offer:

  • Alternative product

  • Backorder option

  • Full refund

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
